Summary Continued: As soon as I arrived on the scene, I could small a strong odor of what was consistent with gun powder that I have smelled before in the past at the gun range at the O.P.D. Once I was inside the veh the smell was even stronger. I also noticed very small black fragments all over the inside of the veh, I photographed them and took some close up photos of the drivers seat, interior side of the drivers door and the right front passenger seat. Before the Sheriffs Dept arrived I laid on the ground right side of the veh and took photos under the veh showing the damage under the drivers seat and the debris on the ground before it was moved. The drivers seat was pushed forward for me to take photos under the seat showing the damage and the nails stuck in the seat. Agents Buck and Conradt worked with me on the scene on Park Blvd and E. 34th Street where the veh first exploded.
